I just really need help or peace of mind or something. I went to the doctor today and she told me she was almost positive that I have genital herpes but won't have the test results back for two days. I don't know who I could have possibly gotten it from though. I've only had sex with two guys, one was a virgin before me and the other has been tested and doesn't have anything. I can't... I just don't know what else it is then. But I'm still freaked out and worried that it still could be herpes...
Jesus. Are you sure the virgin wasn’t lying? Tests can also be wrong—his or yours. You could also have gotten it from any infected object, like perhaps a public shower (like ones in college dorms).
I’m sorry. *hugs* You’ll be fine no matter what the lab turns out. There are treatments for herpes, and there are way worse STDs out there.
