A baby can feel pain. During an abortion, a baby will silently scream while attempting to pull away from the pain.
If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, the tree has still fallen.
If a baby is torn limb from limb and brutally murdered, but no one can hear it scream, has it still been brutally murdered?
